Our Consultants will conduct the Training Needs Analysis collaboratively, using the most appropriate systematic process, depending on the organizational situation, to identify the training requirements at the Organization, Job and Individual levels. The findings of the Training Needs Analysis will be coordinated at all levels so as to support the Organizational Strategy with recommendations for the short- and long-term training activities. Our Consultants will work with the organization’s Competency Model, and the Vision, Mission, Values and Business Goals to structure the Training Needs into a consolidated Training Master Plan for the organization.
